The Londoner hotel boasts a lavish design created by a team of renowned professionals, including Yabu Pushelberg, an experienced hotel design company. The architectural firm Woods Bagot and artist Ian Monroe, who designed the hotel's striking blue tile facade, also contributed to the project. The property is adorned with contemporary art, featuring works by prominent British artists such as Tracey Emin, Marc Quinn, and Antony Gormley, as well as photography by Tim Walker. In the hotel's lobby, a large metallic sculpture of a 'moon-head' created by artist Andrew Rae pays homage to the West End's theatrical heritage.

This architecturally impressive establishment spans 16 floors and features 350 rooms. Each room is equipped with floor-to-ceiling triple-glazed windows to provide a serene ambiance, shielding guests from the bustling streets below. The interior design incorporates neutral tones of creamy caramel and blush pink, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's most stunning suites offer a luxurious experience, including Olivia Von Halle silk pyjamas, Burberry trench coats, and breathtaking views of the London skyline.
